Body Taking Weird Shape

You don’t have any carbs in that diet. I don’t know if you suddenly changed to this diet recently or not, but if you cut carbs too quickly your body may store fat.[/quote]

No carbs? What are blueberries? and vegetables? salad? These aren’t carbs? There are carbs in almonds, and I’ll bet the “egg sandwich” is on bread. More carbs!

I thoroughly (sp?) enjoy chicken and eggs. I dont know if you are aware of this, but Japan doesnt have ovens, only little fish broilers, but mine sets on fire every time I use this. So usually I just pan fry them (saute?) them in some olive oil, throw in some veggies then throw in a few eggs and either scrambel, or omelet, or let them fry. I really dont care about taste, Im more of an eater just because I like to chew and eat food. So chicken and eggs are fine with me. I eat the whole eggs, because I would use more eggs just using egg whites.

Okay, that’s fine. But what about other protein sources for variety (cottage cheese, protein shakes, other meats)?

And where are the veggies, fruit, and yogurt???

That’s pretty funny stuff. Japanese cusine is very healthy. Don’t be scared to break away from the chicken/egg thing for a while and experience some other food. Eat out once in a while and give your body a break.

If I was in Japan right now, I assure you, I wouldn’t be eating eggs and chicken in my unsafe, fire-spewing fish broiler every single day.

Yeah, do you acually count out 50 almonds. That’s a little obsessive (especially for a guy). One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight… damn lost count. One, two, three…

Good luck!

Is all this a good idea if your bodyfat is 24% I have a hard time believing that it really is 24% but Its all I got. I did one of thost body fat test where you stand barefoot on two metal plates and hold your hands out to your sides, holding two metal joystick type things. It tells you your weight, water, fat, protein, body distribution etc. Are those things accurate, and if so should I still eat all I want?

The bad part is I watched too much sesame street and count them like this

one, a two, a three, a four…fifty, fifty almonds, ha ha ha ha

LMAO.

I remember taking the advice of “eat everything in sight” and I ended looking like a fat piece of shit, quickly. I was happy that I hit 180 lbs on the scale. Then I took some pictures of my body and buzkill would be an understatement.

If you are getting fat and you look bad, increase the weight training regimen to balance out those excess calories.

Bodyfat measurement should be done by caliper. Those scales are useless.

Alright, good to see you ate more food as you received that advice. Now, a question:

Could you please write out everything you eat throughout the day. Thank you. This could help us to see your total food intake.
