What is your opinion on working triceps and biceps the day after working chest and back (push /pull routine)? My arms are not sore and I am taking Mag-10 as well. Part of me wants to hit because I am taking the Mag-10, but I think maybe I should rest today? Thanks for you help.
Personally, I don’t like it. I’ve tried in the past but everytime I did it it felt like I had nothing to give.
Working a muscle two days in a row without rest increase the risk of overtraining, MAg-10 or not. Hit the muscle hard and let it rest and grow. Don’t rely on soreness for the effectiveness of your workout.
(If your chestworkout consists of Pec-Dec, flyes and cable-cross!! I guess it’s OK to work your triceps the day after.)
