Body Fat % Maintenence

before I start talking let me say I understand it’s either bulk or cut. what is the lowest bf% anyone has maintained during a bulking cycle? cause I wonna get as low as possible while still “bulking”.

haha, yes Ive seen this great for pics…but ppl will laugh at me if I carry a shoe…even if it does give me a magical 6 pack.

honestly, if your going to be bulking for 2yrs; you shouldn’t be worrying about bf%

if you DO care about your BF%, you won’t get the best benifits of bulking.

hence all the responses that are not ones you want…also b/c a million other little dudes ask that same f*cking stupid question 5x a day.

make a choice. big and strong, or small enough to fit into your A&F jeans?

Eat good quality food over what you need to maintain shooting for about 1 pound per week. Even then some fat gain will come but at least you’ll be progressing.
Lift hard
Sleep well
doing a little bit of cardio

By paying attention and making changes as needed. There is no reason at all that you need to know what specific body fat percentage you are at. You also wouldn’t be able to truly get an accurate reading from calipers alone.

jehova said it right, 1lb/wk is about right for minimal fat gain. Its easy to say; hard to complete.
