Im going to San Diego in a couple weeks for 4 days any recommendations on stuff I need to do/see/eat at?

Just going to San Deigo to hang out, get in a workout or two, hang out on the beach, defiantly going to the zoo, catch a padres game. Maybe go to SeaWorld, take my pants off. I havent posted a “progress” pic in a while… here’s a pic from this morning. No food or anything (but I did dominate a giant carne asada supreme burrito last night at like 10:30)

Weighed in at 214 this morning at the gym. Not exactly the way I’m hoping the scale goes but I’m not lookin bad in the mirror so I’ll take it. If my strength keeps going up like it has been over the past few workouts I’ll be fine with a little weight gain. I just want to shed a little bit more BF before my bachelor party out on the lake.

did 25 minutes of FMC on the stairmaster, hit up some abs and low back today… I think I might start doing abs on all my FMC days because I cant bring myself to do abs after a lifting session. Tried it out today and liked it.

Just stopping by to say I lurk on your log alot, basically for inspiration and to pick up tricks of the trade. So I figured I should stop in and tell you that your progress is crazy impressive, and people like you and Bug have helped me alot in my personal progress, whether ya’ll know or not. lol. SO thanks, and keep it up!

I hurt my back landing…seriously.

Actually, the full story is even lamer than that summation. See, I bought these cheap ass work shoes that killed my feet (specifically the ball of my right foot, right under the big toe). Hurt bad enough I was limping around work, but I was too stubborn to buy comfy shoes because I JUST BOUGHT these.

Fast forward to a couple weekends ago. Put on my bball shoes (which I ALWAYS forget are 5 years old and have absolutely no padding between me and the asphalt), and my foot is hurting but nothing too bad. But when I go for a max jump - which is a 2-footed jump - pushing off the ground hurt so bad, that I couldn’t land on the balls of my feet, so I had to land flat footed and wrenched my back.

These mexican dudes were watching me all turned their heads quickly when I checked to see if they saw me.

My brain exploded from the cuteness.
