Bug- Whats up with the new avi? you got it going on bosanova. Daddy likes… Thanks. I was hit up those smith machine shoulder presses today that I swooped from your log… Can I say bombbomb.com/amazeballs??? Thats what they were.

Hit the gym today for a monster session of Chest, Shoulders and Tri’s. I skipped out on shoulders day last week like a turd so i made up for it today. I was lovin it.

Jog to the gym
Warm Up, Pre Hab, dynamic activationzzz

DB Incline:
60’s, 80’s, 100’s x 12, 12, 10
110’s x 6 (lame for sure. I feel real questionable about these once I get over the 100’s… I think I lose a lot of tightness getting them up without a spotter and then I can never recover for the set. Not sure what to do?)

Incline Smith: A.K.A my new jams
worked up to 225 x 8, 7
Drop to 135 x 14 soooooo much upper chest pump. It was awesome.

Dips:
BW x 10, +45 x 10,10 BW x 10

Smith Shoulder Press: Never done these before and they were great. Its awesome being able to shoulder press with literally ZERO pain. Nothing
135 x 12, 12

Seated DB Laterals:
12, 12, 12

Cable behind the back laterals
12, 10, 10

Reverse Pec Deck:
looooooots. did it for da pumpz. Kinda “double clutched” the reps at the top position and it felt really good. I had a good rear delt pump

JM Press: (Think thats what they’re called? got them from KingBeef. Like a skull crusher on an incline and the bar goes behind your head?)
EZ + 35’s x 12
EZ + 45’s x 12, 10, 9 lol SMOKED

Single arm cable pull down/close grip pushups
3 x 10/15

Conditioning: I took to 26lb KB’s and did the following:
start in the standing position
Drop down and do a pushup on the KB’s
Pop back up into a squatting position
stand up/clean the KB’s to your shoulders
Shoulder press
repeat.

I did 3 sets of 10 with 60 seconds rest and I was done for. I should have gotten a video of one set to show you guys what I was talking about but it was friggin sweet. Totally smoked my shoulders (I had to push press the 26 pounders by the end lololol) and I was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf. It was great. Try em out some time if you guys are feeling like doing something new.

I think what you’re calling a JM press is a French Press. JM presses are like a skullcrusher to the neck/chin.

ahhh I think you’re right! I knew it was something lol. It was pretty nice. I liked doing it on the incline vs a regular skull crusher… Really liked the stretch I get from the incline.

You should try those inclines in the smith like I was saying in your log. I’m all about em. I think my chest already looks like rougevampires and I’ve only done them twice. its crazy lol

Have you guys seen the livespill from the Indigo guys who got to train out at Biotest HQ? Its so freakin sweet! Im so jelly. I wish I woulda got in on that Indigo Team One thing so that I coulda had a chance to go out there and train with all those guys. That woulda been worth the 400 bucks right there alone! All the free supps while they’re out there, flight, hotel, training… WAY worth the money.

They have a ton of bad ass pics up already… Only thing that would suck would be the part where I looked like a little kid that had never lifted weights before compared to all those beasts that are out there… but I’d deal with it hahaha.

Dude I know! I would be so happy to be lifting with all those dudes. Thibs is a beast, and that table with all the finibars and MD and laptops…I came in my panties when I saw those photos.
