Hit the gym today for a monster session of Chest, Shoulders and Tri’s. I skipped out on shoulders day last week like a turd so i made up for it today. I was lovin it.

60’s, 80’s, 100’s x 12, 12, 10
110’s x 6 (lame for sure. I feel real questionable about these once I get over the 100’s… I think I lose a lot of tightness getting them up without a spotter and then I can never recover for the set. Not sure what to do?)

Smith Shoulder Press: Never done these before and they were great. Its awesome being able to shoulder press with literally ZERO pain. Nothing

looooooots. did it for da pumpz. Kinda “double clutched” the reps at the top position and it felt really good. I had a good rear delt pump
JM Press: (Think thats what they’re called? got them from KingBeef. Like a skull crusher on an incline and the bar goes behind your head?)

Single arm cable pull down/close grip pushups
3 x 10/15
Conditioning: I took to 26lb KB’s and did the following:
start in the standing position
Drop down and do a pushup on the KB’s
Pop back up into a squatting position
stand up/clean the KB’s to your shoulders
Shoulder press
repeat.
I did 3 sets of 10 with 60 seconds rest and I was done for. I should have gotten a video of one set to show you guys what I was talking about but it was friggin sweet. Totally smoked my shoulders (I had to push press the 26 pounders by the end lololol) and I was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf. It was great. Try em out some time if you guys are feeling like doing something new.
