I normally don’t wear those shorts to the gym but went early when no one was there.
Getting all registered for the fall semester now. 1:30 minute wait to see the counselor, which sucks, but should be done soon. Gonna hit the gym after this for some legs. No cardio this morning cause I had to get up to the school early.
MiM- yeah it was a success. I’m pretty sore in my upper chest and I like it gonna keep those in for sure!
TommyGunz- thanks. My arms are leaning out the fastest so they look pretty good now. Yeah that was my old job. Pretty fun. I got that shirt for the Warrior Dash that I did a while ago. Our whole crew all got bright neon stuff and I pulled that shirt out of the bottom of the drawer. I haven’t worn it since the race (except for that workout) I don’t like wearing sleeveless shirts to the gym.
Ink- that thing is called a smith machine… And it was amazin for incline. Seriously man, it rocked my upper chest. My chest is sore all along my collar bone like never before. I’m gonna be doing these every chest day.

Today was super lame. Spent all day trying to get registered for the fall semester. I waited over 2 hours to see the counselor, she was a total B Word, she then told me to use the computer outside of her office to register for my classes but half the classes I wanted were full already. I finally got it settled (I think) and while I’m doing that she leaves for a effing meeting?!?!? I almost hulk smashed an empty fish tank that was on her desk! HahA
When I was done I headed straight to the gym. All I’ve eaten all day was my morning shake. I’m starving and about TP eat everything in my fridge
And that sucks about the counselor situation. They’re not fun if they’re not good/interested in their job. What I’ve found is best(at least for advising here) is to have a printout of all the classes I want to take, as long as there’s no overlap, and bring that in and tell them these are the classes you want ot take, so pretty much all they have to do is set you up to register yourself. Not 100% sure if that’ll work in your situation or not though.

Just wanted to update and say… I’ve got the best fiance ever. she knew that i had a bad day and when I got home from the gym she had picked up some corn on the cob, shrimp, fillet mignons and a nice redwine. she cooked it all up for me and it was awesome. such a lucky guy.
Writing flattering stuff about your girl just in case she screens your T-Nation account is gay. Just joshin’ man. Seriously though, there are running shorts that show an an appropriate amount of man thigh. You should find them and burn the ones in your vid.
WF- my boo wouldnt creep my T-Nation posts but I may or may not have had a few drinks with my steaks lol. those shorts do show off quite a bit of man thigh huh? Those “box jumps” weren’t half bad though… considering the shorts.
Frenchie- Glad you liked the pics. Helo’s are fun (but scary… those things go down all the time) Do you guys have Taco Tuesday’s up in Canadia land? If not… then you should start it up You ever do box jumps? I just started them up again and thats the best spot that I have to do them in. Kind of sucks cause that pull up bar is overhead and the gate is right there… but I’m trying to make it work.

I could just concentrate on pushing with my chest and not stabalizing or doing other things. I liked them more than HS inclines too. Thanks for the tri compliment. The counselor was a lady… an old bitchy lady hahaha. I dont think she gave a rip about my arms.
