I’m glad I’m lifting at a BB/PL gym this summer…the only thing I have to worry about is if I have enough chalk and not to smash little kids.

The secret for hitting my back has been putting the Ab Straps on the Horizontal Cable Row. It takes your biceps completely out of it so you HAVE to activate the back. Made my back start to get JACKED overnight. You kind of get a hug a tree motion going and pull. Your arms can’t do a thing. Your welcome.
Ink- that’s one of my favorite lines in that entire movie and there are so many good ones. PR shirt you say? My interest has been perked.

Ok so anyone in here ever heard of “planking”?? It is the new fad that is sweeping the interwebz. Google it and see what’s up. I was in a serious “plank off” (if you will) with one of my buddies yesterday via the bookface. It was awesome. I want to post pics but the danged picture loader still is under repair or something? Seriously though, you should check it out. It is so super gay/dumb/retarded/hilarious ![]()
Ok so here’s a little mini update:
Had another game this morning and it was a really good game. I’m finally getting to play defense more which is awesome. So we won again today. The score was 19-0. I threw a TD pass, threes for one extra point, ran for a TD and had and interception on defense. (exactly the same thing I did last week in our 20-0 win)
Only bad thing is that I kinda twisted my ankle early in the first quarter and it’s feeling pretty not awesome right now, gonna ice it some more. We’re off next week cause of the holiday and then our last regular season game is the week after that. Pretty excited stuff. We definitely have a chance of winning the A League this year.
On another note, anyone here ever see that show “The Next Great American Food Truck Race”? (something like that?) it was basically this competition where different bigtime food trucks from around the US compete in different cities and try to make the most money. Well my favorite truck (Grill Em All) is coming to SD for this food festival thing and we’re going!!! I’ve been wanting to get my hands on some Grill Em All burgers for a while an I cant wait!! I’ll post a pic when I get home!

worked up to 115 x 8,8 then did a big strip down drop set.
DB Curls and Chin Ups to finish off. Had a really good back and bi’s pump going. Felt great but wish I coulda done some cardio. weighed 210 today. Heres a little pic from after my workout. My arms were super pumped. Probably 18’s I would say

hardcore gyms are nice, mine is cheaper than most gyms, about $15/mo. I mean I pretty much do what I do in any other gym. Even more now since I’m so damn embarrassed.
I put on my hood, put in my ear buds, and I hit my sets with extreme prejudice and get out. No eye contact, I am polite and ask if anyone is using the equipment, but that is about that it. I was going to ask one of the trainers if he did Krav Maga because he had a Tactical Black shirt, but by the time I was done he was like 25 feet away and on a machine, so I figured next time.
This is compared to guys in the gym that I know are in there for 3-4 hours. And, I have to wonder to myself…what in the world do they do for 4 hours a day. I mean these guys are about 30-60 years old, they are not young guns who can go all day. I figure they do a set…talk for 5-10 minutes and hit another set.
