Mine would be don’t fret over taking an unscheduled day off or two if you need it.
There’s no chance it could hurt you only help, and you won’t lose muscle or conditioning like you may think…you’re just not that elite.

Love this! Completely agree.
Train, eat, sleep, repeat. I’ve found that working hard consistently works for me. Many people either work hard but not consistently or work consistently but not as hard as they can/should. This goes for both training and diet.
1morerep too bad you didn’t get into acting man, you totally could’ve pulled off Wolverine instead of Hugh Jackass.

This is a quote from Akuma in his Bodybuilding Equations thread, but i couldnt agree more with it.
"Keep pushing, keep striving for more. When you become satisfied, when you become content with what you achieve, is when you start slipping. "

You GD right. One of the most truest things. When you’re happy with your bodyweight, you tend to start saying “Oh i can have this, check out how much weight ive lost,” or when youre satisfied with your lifts, you can say “Oh i can skip the gym today, i dont feel like it.” before you know it, you’re a fat sack of Feces watching Tv, and doing the titty dance.
Intensity is the X factor.
You can follow the best diet advice and workout program but if you don’t bring it in the gym you won’t make the progress you’re looking for. I think this is what really separates those who get results. Not to say the others aren’t important, you just can’t teach intensity.
Don’t confuse Intensity with Focus.
You see a lot of guys in the gym that want to run around hyped up on sugar and move a lot of weight. Unfortunatly they don’t focus on the lift and have poor mind-muscle connection. The lift becomes a full body or partial movement that doesn’t deliver results.
