I lifted yesterday but it felt pretty weak sauce. My past best on the front sq was 2x105 and instead of adding reps I tried to go to 115 - mistake. Can’t win em all.

My legs are still pretty sore today :slight_smile:

I gave it a shot this morning but I messed up my counting near the end so I suspect I might skipped round 7. So I don’t trust my time. 1:14. After work I’ll go again.

I had an awesome day in the gym. 3 hours of lifting, sprints, bag work and pool time with very little nausea!
