I heard you can draw abs and cleavage on with makeup… I might have to try that. [/quote]

I know I’m a few days late on this, but I feel the need to share a laugh.

When I was busy eating obscene amounts of food to gain weight, most of it was crap, and I was very upset when I lost my abs at one point. I drew em in with a sharpie to make myself feel better. I was just bloated, and the abz came back the next day.

two days later, I still had sharpie lines, NOT lined up with my real abs, and I went for a massage. I told my woman what I’d done, and when she got to my stomach she had to sit down bc she was laughing so hard.

bobbi, you’re looking aweosme.

Bobbi - yeah, likely is the bag work. When I did Muay Thai my obliques used to get really sore from that stuff.

Never actually seen my abs - the torso shot in my profile pics is as close as I’ve managed. My body likes to have a bit of fat on it and is very resistant to change (I only managed to lose a pound a week on the V-Diet, ffs. And that was hell).

After 2 hour drive back had about 45 minutes to hit the gym. No food or supps and tired managed to do a little.

Kroc 70x25

then some pullups, db presses with the 45s and 35s and some HS rows and out.

Wherever you went, I hope you had a fun long weekend.

I speak in tongues and throttle innocent bystanders when hungry and tired. Bobbi, on the other hand, gets in a “light” workout.

yeah, that’s how she rolls. damn badass she is.

i’m with you Masch. me and hungry? people stand back!

my coworkers have started leaving me scraps from all their lunches/breaks (before i take mine) just to make sure i dont get too hungry/grumpy. and forcing me to take my break to eat.

bobbi isnt human.

its true.

I saw it on tv.

they ask me which # meal on i’m on when they see me eating. the joke is that i eat 12 a day.

i guess this is one case where not only is it GOOD to feed the bears, but necessary.

oh…hi Bobbi…

133.2

Pause bench 9x95
DB incline 11x40

other upper work… http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2010/01/limelight-phase-2-u1.html

I don’t know what half the stuff you do is - so that’ll keep me busy for the next few hours.

Good stuff on staying strong! (and not yacking)

Just did the Texas push up challenge. I welcome all challengers.

It goes like this:

Do 1 pushup, stand up, do 2 pushups, stand back up, do 3, stand back up and so on until you do 10. My time was a minute 30.

aaaw snap! I’ll take you on home slice.

Mascherano will give you a run for your money! cue Rocky theme

(too much?)

What’s your time hot shot?

3 mins 20 secs (defeated face)

I screamed Bobbi with every push-up like Lou Ferrigno in Pumping Iron - alas, I concede. You are the winner!

M - haha, I’m impressed you gave it a shot.

Jim - I wonder what the difference between 300 and 240 would make on your time…

At 330 I couldn’t tie my shoes … Not alone get up and down fast lol

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to muscle up over a flat surface like a wall. It’s driving me nuts!
