Did you do it touch n’ go or did you reset between reps?

MominMD - 17% is the high side of my spectrum. I look soft as hell, ergo, nothing to show :wink:

Kimba - They were touch and go. I’m not big on resetting my DL reps. If I do that you’ll see a slew of singles.

C-C-C-CRUSHED bench today. Pause benched 95x8 and these were legit stopped and held. Also put up the 50s for 8 on incline bench. I had no idea they’d go up as easily as they did. Yup, you killed it. Impressive bench, but those pullups were especially killer. Someday I will do as many!!!

Weak sauce day. Only PR’d high pulls (12x105). Added 1 crap rep to pullups (5x25) and stayed the same on flat db bench (6x55).
