still at home… I just can’t come up with the extra cash (I am going to Egypt in 18 days, for a couple weeks)… bigger longer work out, more assistance exercise, variable rep ranges depending on the lift choice and it’s function, only lifting 2 days a week right now, a third only if I feel like I have it in me, the rest of my training time is about kung fu. … I am recovering better this way, and I am making a little progress strength wise. Focus on shoulder health and raising my power clean, going to attempt 5 x 1 @ 127 this weekend… anything at 127 would be a pr for me.
What are you pulling? My estimated 1rm is 240 but I haven’t tried it yet. Did you see Jane had a meet?

Yup, I caught it…
The highest I’ve ever even tried to break was 210 and that went for 5. I’ll won’t be pulling low reps again for a while but I hope to be putting up 225 for 5 when I go back.

…on another note, strait bars are awesome. I just started going to strait bars again. Guys buy you whatever you want! I didn’t even have to ask! Men I’d never met before! What the heck! AND they’re nice and talk about things I care about (like football and golf and business and women). Strait girls have it good in that area. I could save soooooo much money switching teams.haha
