ever thought about just picking up some db handles?
Edit: OR I’ve had clients do 1-arm t-bar rows. You could get a very similar effect.

little shits are too small. biggest one is like 50 lbs. i have some 1" dumbbell handles i can get up to about 50 lbs for rowing… although i don’t trust them for pressing.
i do use the kids for walking lunges and shit like that all the time. throw em on mah shoulders and prance around. i’ve even been known to curl the buggers. haha
bobbi - oly db handles are a bit to pricey atm with the traveling i have to save up for. i’d probably be better off getting a membership at planet fitness for $5 a month or whatever it is and using it only for the dbs. haha. maybe i could set off the lunk alarm or whatever that shit is called!
deja - wal-mart sells gold’s gym oly handles for around $20 I believe.
