I am way too tired to explain all the benefits of baby food.
Basically it’s blended so it’s easier to digest and absorb nutrients. Bam. It’s also better than most foods you’ll find in the vege/fruit aisle because it doesn’t have any additives, syrups or sodium. Anyone who has a problem with baby food either doesn’t understand what it is or doesn’t understand nutrition/digestion.
