Is behind the head harder as opposed to holding the weight across the chest, in your opinion? :)[/quote]
It’s not so much a matter of opinion as it is a fact of leverage… In fact, I believe that (according to Bret Contreras… the Glute Guy) simply putting your hands behind your head with NO weight is the equivalent of holding a 25 lb plate on your chest =D
and adding weight behind your head is exponentially harder since it has to travel further than it does if it’s held on your chest… so adding 5 lbs behind your head is harder than adding 5 lbs to weight that you hold at your chest… it’s the same with sit-ups… try it! >;D

Thanks! Can you follow me around and answer questions? It’d really save me a lot of brain frying. I’ll pay you…five dolla!
Cal, that machine indeed is a torso twisty thing. For some reason that I can’t quite explain, I hate this machine with a burning passion and refuse to go near it.
I trained a receiver this past winter/spring/summer who went on scholarship to Princeton this fall. He just won Offensive Freshman of the Year. HOOYAH!

That is awesome! You are truly in the business of helping people better themselves. Nice job.
BTW, I won’t comment on the DELOAD weights in that workout. grrrr.
Just got back from the grocery store. It’s a madhouse. Talked to a lady about babies. Pretty sure she was confused about how I lost my baby weight so fast.haha

That’s awesome…
although the team was losing something awful this year. They even fired the coach. Maybe it wouldn’t have happened if they were all Bobbi-trained.
It definitely wouldn’t have happened. He came in WAAAAY above other players in condition and lifts. Started immediately grouping with seniors and the coaches let him skip some freshman testing. That’s how it’s done.
