BB rows are bent over. Upright rows I are…upright.lol. Why do I pick what?
Jesus Christ, 155?
How do you do that?
neg-a-tivezzzz
Really? Meaning you lower the bar but don’t raise it? I’ll have to try that sometime.

OK, gotcha…you are doing bent over BB rows.
I’m having one hell of a time dragging my ass off the couch. It’s Friday night and all I want to do is lay around and be a slacker.
That’s pretty lame as far as excuses go. Come up with something more entertaining or GO TRAIN!
Went out and had texas magaritas with buddies then saw Blindside = AWESOME movie

I’m excited about this lift. It’s time to switch the set/rep scheme and start fresh. The whole lift felt great. I’m also taking out the lock out work to double the bottom end work. I should continue to see big gains.

i’m excited about that weight!!! back in the big girl’s club. at least for today… since pukey fairy might have ruined that for tomorrow. =+P
nice lifts, as always!
Would the pukey fairy have anything to do with those margaritas you had last night?

lol no. not the 1.5 margaritas.
1.5? Fail!
tbh, only way I avoid the pukey fairy is to do all my workouts fasted. My stomach takes an eternity to empty. I ran a 5K back in Feb and thought I’d be safe having a protein shake three hours beforehand. I was wrong. Actually ralphed in my mouth a little during the race. Not good.

Is behind the head harder as opposed to holding the weight across the chest, in your opinion? ![]()
Well considering I do 6x25 behind the head and 12x85 on the chest…
Oh.
