Heh I’m like Kimba - I’ve got a wardrobe full of high-heeled boots I can’t wear because they make me feel as though I’m being beaten on the balls of the feet by a tire iron. Plus I keep spraining my right ankle, so heels are a bad, bad idea anyway. I do like the chunky biker boots though. I used to have a pair in my 20s but I have no idea what happened to them.

pull-ups and the benching, always impressive, excellent! and the decline DB…very nice. i haven’t done that in quite sometime, but i remember it was much more challenging than flat, incline or even flys.
and you can prance anytime…the difference with a knowledgeable lifting person walking like the shit and a dumb ass is that dumb ass hasn’t earned that privilege. ![]()
