I know my diet is shit and is the reason the pukey fairy comes around so often but I’m getting to the end of my rope. I may actually buckle down and do a real meal plan again. The chicken breast, vegetables, brown rice kind of meal plan. Maybe then I won’t yack my brains out on a weekly basis.

Even a junky diet shouldn’t lead to yack-ville quite so often. Might you have some food allergies?
But yeah, for long term healthy goodness go with lots and lots of real food, not shit.
I know there’s something up with the stomach, just don’t know what. I’m going to do a process of elimination experiment to see if I get to feeling better. I’m starting with milk. I usually put down a lot of milk so we’ll see how it goes with none.
I also went grocery shopping and decided to only buy foods that do not have HFCS. That shit is in everything! Once I eat my way through what’s left over I’ll only buy non HFCS foods and see if there are any changes in my composition with that alone.

OH pullups 5/4/5 these are pretty wide because there isn’t a plain strait bar, just wide handles. My wide grip pullups are super wide.
um, DB holds suck ass but I do love them since I am the only one who ever does them except Aaron. Last time I did them, 70’s also, I thought they were going to rip off my monster callouses and start gushing blood all over the floor. But they didn’t. All that happened was I pussed out and dropped them from the pain. Pussified for sure.
Do you use chalk? I haven’t but was thinking about it, but haven’t yet. Not sure if that would be a contradiction, like doing holds with gloves (now those are some pussy shit). The sweaty palms lands the DBs on the floor too. Boo.
