Blood Work (How To)?

Yo guys.

I’m going to have some blood test pretty soon.

As I’m training a lot and fatigue is a pretty normal condition to me, what kind of precautions should I use the day before the test (in order to avoid too many alterations in the analysed values)?

Not training at all?

Just some cardio?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated…
