Blood and metabolic type diets

Hi all I was wondering what people think of diets that are dictated by either your blood type or metabolic type?

Personally I’m not for or against them but I see the Chek Institute is now running a program based around metabolic typing.

I think that your best off eating until u want to puke when u’r trying to gain weight then when u’r trying to get ripped up, live on tuna and chicken and brown rice.

Dirtydan you have much to learn. You better start reading some of T-Mag’s articles and absorb a thing or two from John Berardi.

This isnt MuscleMedia you know. There are rules to follow if you want the best results. ‘Me Tarzan, me eat big, me lift big’ isnt going to cut it.

As for the Metabolic typing, it’s pure bull. Another way to make a name for themselves with fancy theory.
Say, Chek/Poliquin, I’m type A+ and I want to get stronger and gain muscle, should i pay attention to you and live on a low protein diet while I watch my muscle wither away?

People arent inherently stupid for the most part. I take offense when coaches take uf for such in order to get their name out there. Much like Poliquin’s Yohimbe cr?me (notice the fancy french word) designed speicifally to target those hard to get fat spts in your thighs. Say Poliquin, should I rub some in my nuts too? Stupid proposition, but you always have such a way of coming up with fancy theories that explain absurdities, so I thought you might know.
