For those who put biotest creatine in their surge for post workout, do you experience serious bloat afterwards??
This should probably be placed in the Supplement and Nutrition section.
Anyways, back on topic. I’ve never experienced any type of bloat or bloat feelings when taking creatine, Surge, or Surge w/ creatine. Do you experience any bloat when taking Surge with out creatine?
I get some serious bloating from creatine in general, regardless what I mix it with.
yeah I do. I get pretty bloated from taking Surge. and sorry about the misplaced post
I don;t presently use either, but creatine does prmote water retention, so I imagine it’s possible some folks are a little more suceptable than others.

w/ all the liquid intake- pre-work out, peri-work out, and post (water, whey, bcaa’s, waxy) i switched to pill form creatine, it has helped a bit.
learn what works for you in terms of getting it all in and down and feeling o.k., your stomach and your asshole will be thankful.
*as mentioned move to Nutrition and supps. section

It can be possible that you’re feeling bloated from the dextrose in the Surge. Just out of curiousity, how do u make ur Surge? Blender, shaker cup, cup & spoon ect…?

Isn’t the ‘water retention’ all in the muscles though?

This is what I’ve been wondering. If all of the creatine is going to muscle, like it’s supposed to, why would there be any subcutaneous water retention?
