Dude, we agreed never to speak of that happening. And the game room is my room, so a no girls rule is a no-go.

Thanks man. I’m gonna keep pushing hard on em, really liking them recently.

Thanks man, I just gotta keep after it.

Back/Biceps

Yates Row
135xa lot
225x6
255x12
265x12
275x12 PR

DB Rows (finally got to use my adjustable db handle)
150x8 (suprisingly easy)
160x8 PR
170x8 PR

Seated Cable Row (dead stop, paused at contraction)
220x8
230x8
240x8

Kayak Rows
70x6
80x6
90x6

DB Curls
35’sx8
40’sx8
45’sx8 (somewhat loose on last couple reps)

Meadows Curls
35’sx10
40’sx8
40’sx8

Preacher Curls
75x7
75x7
75x7

Rev. Curl Burnout
45lbsx30

Done. Crazy lat pumps, db rows destroyed my back. Biceps were feeling amazing after doing both db curls heath style as well. Started peptide use today.

Song of the day (from The Devil Wears Prada’s new album):

I really need to hop on the kayak row train. Usually after back work I never feel it in my lats, only ever my upper back/traps area. I definitely need to find something that I can get a good lat MMC going on, I’ll try some of those kayak rows and maybe some pull ups with straps (to take my grip and arm strength out of it and pull with just the lats). Any other tips to torch my lats? I figure if anyone on here knows how to construct some wings it’ll be you!

All Hail Blaze, The Lat King!

I love mah heavy Yates rows! Generally very strong on the latest back day, I like it, also liked your minimalistic “tons of pull-ups and pump stuff gets the job done” workout.

I hope the similarities in our training styles will result in similarities in results. Keep up the great progress man, awesome work so far

LAT FLARE

ILS up in this bitch? Nice work Blaze!

Raining? No problem, get under blaze’s latz 4 cover!

Nah bro, bitches don’t look at the back. Besides it’d be hard to reach round there to pin compared to bi’s and pecs. Bitches love balloon pecs/bis yano

Heavy ass flies

Yeah man

They’re amazin. It was great, I really liked it. It’s tempting to do it again this week, but I feel like I should keep doing heavy vertical movements.

Thanks man. I appreciate the kind words. If you’re training with a style like mine, the most important thing is to figure out what works for YOU specifically.

Don’t crush my dreams bro! And for those not in the know, one of my training partners calls me synthol lats. It’s a compliment, of sorts, I think. haha.

Aww yeahh. might try the 60’s tonight. We’ll see how the chest feels after benching and whatever second pressing variation I decide on.

Ok, in class right now, but going straight to the gym once I get out.
Gonna 5/3/1 my bench and see where that gets me. Have a crazy bad headache right now, so let’s hope that goes away or my head compression pain is going to be over 9000.

Pretty Solid Chest/Tri workout.

5/3/1 bench (used 245 for my max, true max is probably 255ish?)
185x5
195x5
210x7 PR?

Decline DB Press
80’sx10
80’sx10
85’sx10
Liked these. Nice chest pumpzz

Incline flies
50’sx10
55’sx10
60’sx10 PR
form was actually decent. Keeping it here though. Chest was cashed.

Seated DB ext
85x12
90x12
95x12
100x10 PR?

Pressdowns
170x10
180x10
190x10
200(stack)x12 PR

Cordova Ext (pretty much the rope OH ext I was doing but with a straight bar, lets you go heavier for sure)
100x10
120x10
140x10
140x16

Done. Tris and chest crazy dead. Solid workout.

60?

fuck you

failure

70x6 would have been better

Crazt strong flies, bench is definitely getting up there too!

Nice work Blaze, good PRs… I might have to do some overhead extensions with the straight bar… I’m all for the variations that allow weight to be used

i like the idea of 531ing your bench. If its been stalling out lately thats a surefire way to get that beeyotch moving back in the right direction.

If I’d not decided to switch to incline bench for awhile I might have done this too. Who stole the idea off who those, 'cuz bugs doing it too
