Don’t know yet when i’m training today. Hitting quads and delts. Might up the reps, drop the weight on squats and focus on form. We’ll see though. lol.

The eggs are so cheap because we’ll buy them directly from a farmer.

Ok, so today has been pretty shitty so far. Started working at 9am, got off at 5:45, and during up until 5 minutes ago I had only eaten a banana, a couple cups of coffee, and a couple glasses of mountain dew (I know, it’s terrible, but it’s free at work and I was running on caffeine). Gonna try to wolf down some food and carbs, get my lift on (gym closes in 2 and a half hours), then probably going out tonight. I’ll try to post my workout tonight.
