Those most recent deads are looking good, to me it looked like you locked out the 455? I might throw out a 1RM attempt in my next session I deadlift, reckon I’d be able to get 440ish so you still winningz, motivation for me to catch up

Had great pumps today. Today was the first day of classes, so the gym was PACKED. Saw a couple people who I hadn’t seen since the beginning of the summer, and they said I looked a lot bigger/leaner, so that was pretty cool.

I hate campus gyms. I’ve had mine pretty much to myself during the summer which has been awesome, but I’m dreading the first week of classes starting in 4 weeks or so. Just glad I have found a couple of other places I can train at if needs be!
