Done. Pretty happy with today for sure. Workout was done practically fasted, I had one banana three hours before the workout, and besides that the only thing I had was water and a caffeine pill. I think I could have gotten the 265 if I hadn’t done all the work sets beforehand.

Not sure if I mentioned, I was benching with a thick bar. Not really sure how that affects bench though. I had it loaded with a plate before I thought about it, then said screw it and didn’t switch bars.

I really like wrist wraps. I don’t know what it is, but my wrists have always seemed to be really weak. If I bench or do OH pressing without wrist wraps, my wrists will ache for days. I try to only wear them for BB flat and some tricep lifts though, I don’t want to build up too much of a dependence on them.
