Blaze-Better Dead than Average
Lol. Summer school. 8 to 10 week classes, pretty much just a condensed class. A whole fall or spring semester jammed into less time.
Eww, do not want.

Thanks man! I appreciate that.

Nikki pretty much nailed it on the head. I tried em, but wasn’t sure I was doing them right. If I could get a video or something of them it would help a lot.

See you now
I’ve been wondering where you keep going, as you don’t have a log anymore. You should fix that…haha.

Yeah, summer school is not much fun at all.

Glad to help Count =)

Thanks dearest.

Blaze, dude, ts awkward getting used to it and keeping the tension

Just play around with it when you have a few extra mins in the gym…on the way out or something.

Or just do the first part and focus on getting that leg up as high as possible

I miss nikki…kind of

Ju

I been around =)

Summer school (or late start classes) suck because so much info is condensed in a short period. I hope your stress levels are staying low.

You did butt blasters? Yay!
Hmm, a baseball cap and butt blasted booty. You’re doing it right ;D

Congrats on the weight, 194 is noice!

Hmm. I may have to try doing something along those lines. I’ll try to work some of that in when I can. Thanks man

Summer school does suck, and stress isn’t too unbearable right now.

Butt busters were hard… and I’m glad you approve haha.

Thanks! Just gotta keep going up to 200+.

Spent today out on a lake with a friend and his family, had a great time, got to jet-ski for the first time. It was fun. Only glitch of the day was when I went to dive off the back of the boat, and instead slipped and fell off the back, hitting my back on the motor casing on the way down. Put a big scratch about 9" long across my lower back. Looks worse than it feels though.

OUCH!! glad it was nothing more…

and yay for your new weight! kinda chuckling. Been there done that. But not in a good way…I’ve often wondered what it would be like to try really hard to gain weight! wanna trade?

I’m noticing a trend man. You keep hurting yourself and I think its purposeful now.

Haha. Not sure If I want to trade. I’m going to want my ability to lean up eventually lol.

Haha, it DOES look that way man. Maybe I accidentally hurt myself whenever I feel average? lol. Orrr maybe I’m just clumsy. One of those. haha.

Ok. Time to post some pictures. Didn’t weigh in today, going to assume I’m still 194lbs. If you look back at the older pics, I feel like if I put on any bf, it was a very small amount. 14lbs pretty lean in a little over a month. PH def made a difference. I probably could have gained 6-7lbs this clean without it (guess based on past weight gain). Looking at the pictures, I can see a couple spots where I gained, IMO.

I feel like I thickened up my upper chest, added a little size to my arms (up 3/8 of an inch), and the rest was spread everywhere else lol. I don’t really have anything bad to say about my PH usage. Sides were minimal, everything felt fine throughout,

Ok, enough typing, time for pictures.

then I decided to try something different and do some full body posing. At this point, I’m thinking i’ll probably never compete because I just don’t have the genetics/muscle shapes for it, but if nothing else I can learn better muscle control. Camera was at height of top of my thighs, made my upper body look a little smaller IMO.

At this point I noticed, on the squat rack, a sign saying "do not use from 11-1am…check time…11:05am. Damn. Employees swarmed in and started dis-assembling it. We’re supposed to be getting a new one. I really hope it’s an adjustable power rack, if they take away our (shitty) power cage and leave only an L squat rack, I will not be happy. Guess I’ll see tomorrow morning.

Was going to go back to back squats this week, but obv. couldn’t, so I just went heavy on leg press to get SOME quad work in.

Thanks man. It is pretty intense. Gets you a ridiculous quad pump, and def. warms them up for heavy work.

Our new power rack is really nice. Hammer Strength Multi-rack, included a small picture of it.

Good pump today. last day of summer school class today besides the final. aww yeahhh

teh rack is great i was very very happy with it…we also got a fat bar smith…not sure why but whateva the only thing we were woried about was the rack and now i am pretty damn happy

still gettin them PRs…

Impressive lat width in those pics man, definite gains made all round! Plan on doing another cycle soon?
