I haven’t tried working out at a different time of the day for a week or so.
It’s just been during the morning workouts recently. It hasn’t been as bad the past couple days because I moved a lot of the pills I take to later in the day and cut down on how much I eat in the morning. Might cut it down even more, as I still felt nauseous during my workout today later on.
I think something I’m eating/taking may just be giving me stomach gas, I’m burping constantly during the workout and I think that might be the problem. Not sure yet. I’m done with the PH on sunday, so I hope it’ll resolve itself when I stop taking all the supports and the PH itself.
hope you get it figured out…sounds ew.
MiM- Thanks. It is pretty bad, but I’m sure that I can figure it out. It’s either one of the supports I’m taking (and am done with as of tomorrow), or the food I’m eating pre-workout, so I’ll just play around with it until I figure out how to not have this problem anymore.

Thanks man. I’m still not 100% convinced on them, but I like them fairly well, and they def. kill my lower back/hamstrings. Figure I’ll keep them in for a few more weeks at least.

Hey blaze… I was going to suggest moving any pills that you are taking pre workout till later in the day… but it looks like you’re already doing that. Hopefully your issues clear themselves up.

Thanks Greg. Still had a little bit of nausea this morning, and I didn’t take any pills besides my caffeine pills. Might try cutting out all dairy pre-workout and see if that makes a difference.

Did something different here. For the first two sets, instead of gripping the db with my thumb against hte db head, I put my pinky against it. Made it a lot harder to supinate and killed my forearms. Didn’t do it for the last set though, forearms were dying and I didn’t want to limit myself.
DC Bicep stretch-somewhere between 20 and 30 seconds. Felt good.
Weighed in at 191.0 lbs. Pretty happy with that, considering I ate terribly this weekend lol.
Had the biggest back stretch ever today. They’re already completely aching (especially right under my arms). Happy with today.

Haha. It takes a certain skill learned deep in the Himalayas…just kidding. I just make sure the edges on a shirt are lined up and then take scissors to them. I have a lot of cutoffs that are cut differently lol.

Thanks! Gonna try to keep pushing until 200 or so depending on how my body comp goes. I’m one of those people who hates being softer than a certain amount, so we’ll see if i can handle it mentally lol.
