Yates rows gave a good feeling. Honestly, might have gone too heavy on later sets. 205 I still had fairly controlled. 225 felt kinda jerk-y. I’ll probably keep them but drop the weight next week.

Yeah, I know I messed it up. I figured that light heels-elevated front squats would be somewhat like an iso lift… a fail on my part. I was going to do the full 7 sets but failed. lol.

My training partners did shoulders today and used FST-7 for cable lateral raises.
