You know man, the training log sections are for the most part free of the mindless bickering and bullshit that pollutes the main forums. How about we try and keep it that way?? Its also not wise to put words in the mouths of others and hurl insults for no reason. If you have a legit concern/comment/critique, voice it in a civil manner and do your level best to help other folks. Its nice without the drama in here.

Look, if blaze were to want to enter a strict curl comp, then yeah, his form might need some work. As far as a pure hypertrophey mechanism, those curls looked fine. English there was minimal, and body english can be used to good effect on various lifts if you know what you are doing anyway. Partial range of motion lifts are also not “bad” by default either.

To be honest, I think you need a bit more seasoning before randomly throwing around advice. A great many different lifts can be used in a variety of ways to achieve certain goals.(How’s that for the most vague statement of the day??). It would be best to not dismiss something out of hand simply because it does not fit into what you already believe/think you know about lifting. The distinction between what a lift is going to do/not do is not as cut and dry as you make it.

smash up a banana and put it in peanut butter,add,whey protein…vanilla or chocolate…measurements are up to you bro.

Then mix that up til its smooth and freeze it…its beautiful

Yates Rows 225x10 (didn’t notice until after the set that my grip was shifted 3 inches to the side…thought something felt off.) Training partner decided he wanted to be in the vid last minute apparently.

Skip the first 45 seconds, I found out it’s hard to strap into alternate grip haha. Finally decided to just go double overhand. Some hitching action, but I’ll take it. You can’t see, but I’m wearing wrestling shoes (pretty much chuck taylors) and tried a closer stance with toes pointed out.
