Holy tricep pump batman.

Tyler(training partner) pulled 515 today. Any form critiques?

Admit it, you love the false grip :stuck_out_tongue: Good job on the CGBP PR.

eww im cringing watching as my ass comes up first

That wasn’t a bad pull at all Tyler. Once it is past your knees really drive the hips forward to avoid the little stall at the top.

Training looking solid Blaze

thank you sir honestly one it was off teh ground it felt pretty light but those first six inches were hell

AC- It actually did feel a lot better. Probably going to keep doing it on my heavy sets. Might try it on flat bench this next week.
Thanks Kalle!
Took a picture a couple days ago messing around with other camera settings.
Showing off some chest separation and vascularity.

MEAN MUGGIN

I usually don’t notice it too much until I start to stall/grind out a rep, then I try to force them out as I ascend.

Went in yesterday to do calves and abs and ended up doing shoulders too, as it had been three+ days since I hit shoulders.

Seated Press (3/4 lockout until last rep)
115x8
125x8
130x8
135x8 -these were hard but felt good.

Leaning Lateral Raises
30x12
30x12
30x12 (really controlled. Felt good)

Standing Calf Raises
135x12
135x12
135x12
135x12
135x12 (3 sec negative, explosive ascent)

Seated Calves
2pltsx12
2pltsx12
2pltsx12
2pltsx12
2pltsx12

Leaning Cable Lateral FST-7
30x12
30x12
30x12
30x12
20x12
20x12
20x12 (20 sets felt too easy, need to keep it at thirty probably)

Assorted sets of weighted crunches and ab pulldown-things (hard to explain, but killed my abs)

I wish I could do FST-7 tricep pressdowns ;(
I will be okay if I can even do one set lol

Nice training babe. Pressing 135 is awesome.

Lol. I’m sorry. I guess you could do kickbacks or a tricep extension machine maybe for fst-7?

Thanks

Went to a shooting range today with Tyler. Here’s me shooting his SCAR-body .22 caliber rifle. Wasn’t shooting terribly well but about quarter size groupings at 25 yards and 3 inch groupings at 50 yards.

I have infected TNation with FST7 and the DTC.

My army grows

Oh yes,oh my,yes.

Haha. I’ll be a member of your army of darkness.

Back workout in a bit. Here’s a good pump-up video for everyone. Has some figure models in it too:

Looks like some good fun at the shooting range brotha!

FST 7 is killer.

Back/Biceps/Abs

Dropped pullups, my shoulders have been aching and I don’t think they’re helping.

Neutral Grip Pulldowns
140x10
160x10
180x10
190x10 PR
Awesome feeling from these

Seated Rows
230x10
240x10
250x10

Yates Rows (strict paused)
165x8
175x8
185x8 (a bit too upright here)

Deadlift (went for a single even though my back was feeling shitty, didn’t go too well)
265x4
315x4
375x2
405x1(slow)
425xfail (got it to right above the knees but couldn’t lock it out)

FST-7 Hammer Str Iso Row (both hands at once)
plate and a 25 per sidex10 (for 7 sets)
Last 2 sets felt like death
Ungodly lat pump.

BB Curls (slow negative)
70x8
80x8
90x6

Kpipe Curls
30x12
30x12
30x8

Lots of abs work.

Yeah it was a good time for sure.

Yes it is, but you get a ridiculous pump, which feels fantastic once you get over feeling like death.

Almost had that! Just gotta remember to drive those hips and hump the bar.
