I just made my own set of these and found them pretty useful so far, quite good for shoulder rehab.
Does anyone else use these, what exercises do you use them for?

I made my own too, just used them for suspended pushups. I liked them but I’ve put them on hold for now due to some shoulder issues.
BTW this is another use for a smith m/c: set up with the blast straps, warm up at a slightly higher bar level then lower the bar to increase the difficulty (quick, you dont have to re-set the straps just drop the bar).
I don’t really use them, but here are a few exercise ideas:

They’re a pretty good chin up variation.

I’ve got a pair but don’t use them much due to a screwed up shoulder. How do you use them for shoulder rehab?
Dips from them are quite the experience. At least if you weigh 240lbs. I made my own suspended dip contraption with a pair of cheap DB handles and some long axel straps from ebay. Dips aren’t all that good for my shoulders so I find these a little better than weighted dips.
I like fallouts, pushups and inverted rows.

I use these for reverse flys and other rotational work as active rehab on my shoulder, I find them good because its easy to adjust the angle/resistance by simply putting more weight on one side or shuffling back and forward to hit the right amount of load to work the injured area. Also just for stretching and getting some light tension into sore spots I find they work well.

Excellent, thankyou.
