Just got pumped up and did it. My track coach yelled at me today for not lifting… even though I explained to him im taking a week off. So I shoved it in his face.

Really proud of you.

Only tip I would have is it looked like you needed to light a fire under your ass for that last pull. After 8 lifts it can be necessary.

A few people had failed lifts before me, so that didnt make me to pumped up to watch. But yes I agree, ill have to bring an ipod and ammonia next time to keep me going.

Thanks dude, I honestly dont think my stance is THAT close, its a little more than shoulder width. But I will be working on widening it :slight_smile:

Chiming in late here, but awesome job at the meet. I went 7/9 at my first meet too, did it the same way (3/3, 2/3, 2/3)…You have a lot to be proud of and a lot to build on.
