I think this was a great first meet. I had a blast, and I got the numbers I wanted. The guys over at Albany Strenth ran the meet perfectly, only took about 8 hours (7-3). Got to see a few 500+ raw squats, a 430 raw bench, and a 640 raw pull.
I cant wait till my next meet, thanks for everyone that supported me. Videos will be up in a few days.

Here’s my last attempt, which was a failed 415 on the DL. A guy I was talking to at the meet filmed it, so its at the end of the video… go to around 1:00

Finished with lat pulldowns. I lied about not lifting this week, I was to damn tempting! Ill do some squats tomorrow, wont go to heavy, maybe 275 for a few reps.
btw, pausing for high reps kicks my ass. I was actually gasping for breath.
