haha yes man im cutting now started at a little over 250 and now was 234 this morning and todays day 10. and ill throw up pics when i have abs showing i dont wanna take them before and become depressed that im fat lol

so had a few bowls of cereal and reese puffs during the day and was at the wedding at night, had a lot of food and alcohol and chocolate, not sure the calories but it must of been around 3500 for the day. my weight maintained and i look a bit softer so maybe i did go down but am just holding water? who knows wel find out teusday after monday`s workouts over with :slight_smile:

off day today not eating much during the day and having pizza and maybe a couple beers in the night time

I just applaude your diet and how awesome it is every time i read it.

On a side note i have never had a problem teasing me (in a mean bad way) to my face or behind my back. Dunno why

  • note the reason i go to diet drinks and almond milk is because theyre really low cals. almond tastes great and its 40 cal a cup and the diet sodas are 0 its great
