have 1200 left, going to have a couple more bowls of cereal and a nice schwarma for dinner. ive actually been getting very hungry now from all this total body training. I really think more people should give a sound tbt plan an honest shot though. I know myself ive bashed it a few times but now that Im trying it and seeing fast results i can humbly admit i was wrong.
Some results are that my waist went from 36-33
Biceps went from 17.5 to 17.6
i lost now 15lbs
feel great, lots more energy and look better
and this is day 9.
because your whole body is being stimulated all the time you will burn more calories compared to a normal split routine. I am actually really excited to get to phase 5 of this program when ill be doing 8 sessions a week! Phase 1 only has one more workout, then phase 2 starts monday. Im startin a new job and will be going to a new gym as well
Training is looking good. I love your food. Just goes to show its calorie deficiet that trumps everythign
FML… you weren’t kidding about this being the wrong log to check on in when dieting hard. Lol.
Good shit as always my man… keep up the good work. I wanna see you lean!

Its deffinitely true, Ive been reading a lot of stuff from True Adonis over at getbig, thats where i learned from more or less. He gets tongs of hate but he backs everything he says up with results and science, check some stuff out its interesting.
also look into thermo dynamics its interesting reading too and pretty practical

haha yeah its a junk fest. but being totaly honest if i eat say a burger from mcdonolds or a slice of pizza i feel great but if i eat chicken and rice i feel gross and bloated for quite a while after so thats why i move more to these foods, plus theyre damn good.
Ive been followin your log man, great progress and good luck on your diet as well i remember reading that you said you were in the final stages of it
I will be getting lean this time im actually comfortable with my size so i wont feel small haha plus at this point right now being 250+ is a pain in the ass
and thermodynamics is a book or what? I know its a subject in physics and studied it abit in school. Somehow i dont think the two are quite the same thing maybe i am wrong. I will go check that web site out though. I am always down for more reading and learning

True Adonis posted some things regarding to nutrition to the law of thermodynamics on one of the threads on there it was pretty cool

So maybe I missed the memo, but you’re going on a bit of a diet?
(sorry if my reading comp is a complete failure).
Other than that, training always is fun/interesting/intense.
Progress pics soon plz?
