haha thanks guys, diets going good, im still around 235 i kind of have been lax with it the past couple days because of my new job etc. im countin calories again though starting today, not sure how far im taking this, it would be cool to get peeled sure but, i would just get unpeeled the next day anyways and its not like im competeing. Im just gonna decide on what I want most then go for it and not look back

HOly helly volume sir. I love volume and so do you. My god. How did yoiu even move your arms to do the exercises. I find it gets hard with that kind of volume.

@Jake - yeah I sort of have to with chest, i dont feel flies at all except in my shoulder, dumbbell pressing is gay and barbel works wonders along with the HS machines for my body. I also like the pec deck my new gym has one im pretty happy it felt good!
@Frovian - I probably should now because hel surpass me soon most likely lol. Unless i stop dieting every 2 weeks ![]()
@ryan - thanks man but its taken me a while to build up to that volume its deffinitely fun destroying a muscle, just eating enough to repair it is crucial
