Ive been a Watterbury basher for a bit and just read his HFT article and think i just jumped on the bandwagon. That looks like a very well made program and am possibly going to try it out. my weight yesterday was 241 and then after what i thought was too much food last night (guess it wasnt) my weight this morning was 237!!! this is awesome, and ive been eating literally whatever i feel like as long as by the end of the day it equals 2900 or 3000
Im following BWX12 in calories for fat loss and it was originally at 3000 calories, so ive been eating around that much, however now that im 237 and have lost weight (started at 250) I need to adjust this once again, so starting tommorrow or today ill be eating 2800 calories.
I just realised ive only been dieting for a week and one day… last monday when i started my placement i looked disgusting and had a gut, not anymore, 13 lbs in 8 days
