That’s sweet news, probably a good mental block to get over so you can focus on feeling awesome whilst pick and choosing your goals based on what the hell you feel like doing from here on out.

i Created a great meal and it can be changed to whatever.
Basic - take a high protein pancake recipe (i know Ebomb had a good one) and instead of cooking it on a gridle or whatever cook it in a pan, and instead of treating it as a pancake treat it as scrambled eggs, nah mean? Move it all around with the spatual or spoon until it looks like scrambled eggs, but tastes like a pancake. ill try and throw up a pic tomorrow or saturday when i have it again but its awesome, especially with a lot of zero sugar syrup
this is the recipe i used
1/3 buttermilk pancake mix
1 scoop whey
2 free range eggs
1 tbsp peanut butter
little bit of almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
few dashes of cinamon
blend all this
then use VCO or butter in a pan and turn on the stove at medium heat
throw the blended mix in the pan, and if you can add blueberries once its in the pan
put it on medium heat and then let it harden a little bit then scramble it like you would eggs and keep cooking until its done, shouldnt take long
once done add your syrup and enjoy
beware this is the greatest tasting thing evvvaaa
i ate this burger called the fridge and it was honestly that hardest thing ive ever done. The waitresses were so impressed and people were watching me finish it it was awesome, i feel horrible now though.
This thing was 2 paties at least 8-10 oz each with 3 slices thick cheese, 2 polish sausages and instead of this being between a bun it was between 2 grilled cheese sandwhiches… it took me around 45 mins to eat it was that bad but worth it.

I did the same kind of thing while on holiday in the Uk this Xmas.
2 12oz patties
2 rashers of bacon, English bacon not american streaky shit
2 chicken breasts
lashings of cheese, onions and peppers
Topped with a huge helping of chilli
Mountain of fries and a lot of onion rings.
26 minutes latter i was almost dead. But damn it was good!

The only times when zombies are really threatenning is if they take you by surprise or are in a hear of 100+ like in the more recent issues of walking dead from time to time
