Wolff’s law is based on loading bone and bone remodeling to handle the extra load. Davis’ law is the same principle but applied to soft tissues.

but yeah the program is based on the idea that if you put your body through things it cant handle and constantly beat it up week after week year after year it will adapt.
When I post the method i use for consistent strength gains in the future it will make more sense:)

everything about that sentence is crazy… I did close to 30 sets total for arms last session which I thought was overkill, usual is 20 or so. If I do 70 sets can I gain 5+" on my arms?

When I got there I asked him how long an arm workout usually is and he said 2-2.5 hours, as soon as he said that i didnt even really think i just shut my mind off and got the work done, I do remember the exercises though
DB spider curls

seated machine overhead extension super setted with triceps machine
reverse extensions
he works every muscle like that and does them all 1x a week, hes reasonably lean, abs show through no lower back fat, 217lbs yesterday, 21+inch arms, 54inch chest, tiny friggn waist, not much legs but some and hes 22 i think. when he squatted and deadlifted all the time he had legs and somewhat ok numbers considering hes 6`3
