So he is a volume maniac…thas awesome. Something for me to aspire to  So just a normal 5 day split or does he do a 6 day? Chest, back, shoulder, quads, hams, arms?

How is your diet going?

think he does chest, back, arms, shoulders, then legs occasionally lol

my arms have never been this sore btw

Lol, I’m pretty sure the most crazy ass “ROIDS ONLY” arm day probably doesn’t call for anymore then 30-40 sets, so to say I’m not surprised is an understatement  If you believe in shocking your muscles into growth though… ha

I bet i upped my volume on legs and the soreness is pretty ridiculous. Squating down is not a good feeling. I think deadlifting tomorrow will be fine as its only squatting that seems to be sore.

That is some inspiring volume though. Will think about that today during my chest and tri session

yeah, however not all of them were to failure, weights were lighter then usual, it was good, I think my biceps were done 1 exercise before the end not before or after. For my triceps that was just enough, only thing I wish we did was dips but yeah it was good haha

yeah man, I think volume trumps intensity and is the ultimate for building up your body, hell even Mentzer created the majority of his physique on high volume

but of course, the muscle needs to be bigger in order to store the amount of glycogen necessary to deal with that amount of volume

that being said, I’d probably be in the hospital high off muscle relaxants and painkillers after that kind of a session. I remember some years ago before I got serious with training, a friend and I were trying to outdo each other on a standing calf raise machine. I couldn’t walk right for days because my calves were permanently flexed, and he had to go to the hospital to get muscle relaxants injected into his calves.

How is the diet treating you? Are you finding that 2400 cals a day is enough food for you? And have you noticed any difference in strength or energy?

i will put up pics in a month or 2!

More workouts? plz

Attempted this wolf set business today with dumb bell rows.

Blackagger, i salute u.

And hate u simultaneously.

Its a strange feeling.

@Marzouk - yeah they are awesome I plan to add a ton of size with them when I come off my diet. and by size i mean only muscle, no fat!

Interesting…

Its a cool concept actually, for example today i was doing dbell rows with 110’s,

normally i hit 12 reps.

it went like this.

12, 8, 5, 3… floor

so 28 reps in total after 2 normal working sets. Counted to 10 in between each.

Felt awesome, i plan on learning a lot from you!

Working with Stu eh… very interesting development!!

@Marzouk - yeah i think they are awesome, before i started with stu I was using them for a couple weeks and even in that time I could see a difference

@Jake - yeah hes awesome man, already learning a lot from him, my chest is still sore from mondays workout and Im down a few lbs
