The plus side to the high insertion is a more emphasized taper from the knee up.

@Evan and Frovian – wow thanks guys, my shoulders have improved a lot since a year ago but stil a lonnng way to go lol. Now i just got to fix the arms and ill be good
as a bit of an update ive survived (well almost) not going to the gym for most of the week, at least not going hard and im feeling pretty good, going to start my first workout tomorrow. I wont be doing any rest pauses or static holds etc until im back in a caloric surplus.
Ive been really slack on the diet lately though lol, yesterday i had a prtein shake for breakfast, viatnamese for lunch which consisted of noodles, beef veggies etc, then for dinner had this half pound burger and fries and some deserrt lol, 235 this morning. I feel good though ill try and just get the diet back on track tomorrow when i start up again.
Either way i decided i dont look bodybuilderish enough this is due mostly to focusing on strength for the last 3 years lol. Im going to fix it up though over the next 6 months, bring the bodyfat down on me 10-15lbs in the next 3-4 weeks then blast for 4-6 weeks then back to eating less etc. Itl be good.
Im going to change the way i surplus calories but more on that when i actually do it, a month is a long time away lol
