Blackaggar Beast Mode Engaged

So I have a lot of time on my hands lately, been home all day for a lil bit and i was just retard hungry all day, finally decided to listen to the voice in my head that was apparently starving. he`s what i ate

1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey

5 home made chicken wings in 0 cal buffolo sauce, 2 hardboiled eggs
2 scoops whey
1 cup egg whites

then a large pizza, lol.

now with dc eating its all protein fat or protein carb meals. I actually do feel better when sticking to those meals, however if you want something to eat you gotta prep it and its not going to even be that good anyways so…

anyone have any ideas on like fast to make protein and fat snacks or meals i can chow down on lol?

just found… pork rinds, 9g protein, 5g fat per 1/2 cup and no carbs, o lordy

Last year I visited the Luvre in France and I was amazed the whole time we walked through of the physiques of the greek gods and people from said time period. Ive always wanted to look like that, especially at the time because i ate crepes and drank beer all week.

Did you know that there apparently more nutrients on food with the bone still attached? I dont have studies to back this up just read it on chaos and pain. He talked about ancient cultures being extremely powerful in build and strength while relying on a diet mostly from bone in fatty peices of meat.

Is it possible that the diet that our body would perform best on if the quality was always high and a lot of it was consumed would be a diet exclusively of fruits and vegetables. Humans were not created with the tools to kill animals and (if you believe in creation theory) werent known to be killed, ate, or sacrificed until AFTER Adam screwed up and made the mistake of listenning to a hoe.

If Adam invented the pimp slap at that moment human history would be completely different.

I get this too, especially with straight bar… 6.5" wrists or so will do that. Excessive use of wrist wraps for the win.

yup straight bar curling rapes the ulnar ligaments in my wrists, hence why I limit volume on supinated curls

yeah ez curl rapes mine a little bit too, but then again I probably go a little heavier then I need to go on those. I think drag curls might be my faveorite bicep movement ever
