Blackaggar Beast Mode Engaged

this isnt at all what ive been doing lately, just had the urge to go nuts on volume lol. Ive created a new method of training for PL where progression is guaranteed over time and for bodybuilding where progression in terms of x amount of reps with x weight is increased each weak by force. I would share it but i could possibly make money off it so i cant at the moment [/quote]

sounds ideal, for now though, that sort of session you posted is a great way to train (imo)

deffinitely man, instead of doing 3 work sets for every exercise double or triple the amount of exercises and do 1 set. for example if your doing 3 sets of pulldowns i think its more advantageous to use a different handle every set

i started with 350 carb, 330 protein and 70g fat did this for under a week this took me from 252-245

then dropped to 11 cal per lb of weight and did 270 protein, 240 carb 75g fat did this for about a week in a half or so

sample day was

oatmeal with pb and whey
poptart

2 chicken wraps with mozzarella and mayo

2 poptarts pre training

75g post

fast food meal of choice

more whey before bed

this dropped me from 245-237

then now im not counting at all having 4-5 protein shakes 50g each and 1 large meal a day, started this last wednesday and this so far today took me from 236-227

no loss in strength or size visual improvements are coming almost daily

calorie load 1x every 6 days until i hit 10%bf then i will do high carb med prot low fat 2x a week and rely mostly on bone in meat for my meals the remaining days, even throw in pf shakes mostly at the end if i have to

i dont recomend this type of dieting to anyone btw

another reason its happened so fast is ive done cardio this time, not traditional but my training partner and i practice the Keysi fighting method a few times a week, usually lasts 45 mins along with heavy bag training for 15-30 mins multiple times a week

WUT

YOU FIGHT LIKE BATMAN???

I always wondered if the fighting system they used for those movies was real or not. I saw three of the promos and it looks even more wicked broken down… maximum damage, force and a shit ton of torque delivered with precision, without danger to your hands and wrists, and simultaneously protecting the head while delivering blows.

bad assssss

its honestly so fun man, and the only decent fighting style around built to take on more then one opponent while expecting people to fight dirty.

im pretty sure christan bale is at the orange level so i could probably beat the crap out of Batman:P

lol you’re also a lot bigger than Christian Bale so I’m pretty sure you could put the hurt on him

Batman on the other hand is supposed to be 6’3", 250 lb and an Olympic level athlete or better… he might be tougher to take down =p

still that is bad ass. care to throw up vids of sparring or pad work?

i could try to get one up in the near future and no batman in the comics has mastered 125+ forms of martial arts so i wouldnt even have a 0% chance lol

Sounds like a decent way to drop the fat fast!

For me yes but for most people their strength would die and they could easily lose muscle
