Again you have to hit another PR on the same lift that i hit one. I hit 495 and you smoke me again. I hit 405 for the first time ever last week. Quite the jump lol

I’m so glad my conventional stance is good now it feels so much more natural to me then sumo
I hadnt gone near max on deads in 6months. I wish i wouldnt have been a moron and actually trained legs longer than 14months.
I cant even get into a good sumo stance because of extreme tightness. I do like conventional. I am built for it. Long gangly arms and long gangly legs and a short torso

thanks guys and i was doing it so my whole hand was past the ring but now i place my middle finger on the ring instead
tried training today and got through like half of a back workout and realized im finally a bit burnt out from all the training and mostly the toll my body has taken from my strength gains increasing. Plus moving heavy weight on every single movement 5-6x a week over months at a time calls for some rest. rest of the week im taking off
also decided i hate the pullover machine.
im done with entering my training in this log, ive stumbled upon something pretty great as far as training and am taking time to experiment with it, if anyone has questions just inbox me ill still be here. Im planning on a big transformation and being on here and reading often sidetracks me quite a bit so ill be on here as little as i can. Ill be back though with pics

this isnt at all what ive been doing lately, just had the urge to go nuts on volume lol. Ive created a new method of training for PL where progression is guaranteed over time and for bodybuilding where progression in terms of x amount of reps with x weight is increased each weak by force. I would share it but i could possibly make money off it so i cant at the moment
