He is about 6’ maybe 5’ 11". So right around the same height as you. Right now he is 285ish and around 8% BF. Nutz. His sterngth is crazy. He also can do a full back lever on gymnastic rings and pretty much a full iron cross as well
Dang man the calories you are getting in is crazy.
Question for you man. I remember you writing about a green tea drink that you made up i think it was with acai berry. I think you said you just mixed some green tea in and added the other stuff. I don’t remember exactly but i can’t seem to find it either. If you don’t mind, what exactly was it again.

It’s called acai or goji 100 it’s just a pure juice , you take 2tbsp a day, give it two weeks and youl feel amazing, I put the 2 tbsp in a gallon jug of water with a lot of green tea mixed in. Don’t boil the green tea because Itl kill all the antioxidants instead make it at 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit

Simple is the best I think as long as all the exercises you chose put a good stress in the muscle your training or improve a lift, I’m just lucky that I get a lot of my chest development from the basics like incline and babell bench, incline bench gives me a painful chest pump

Haha Nahh I started when I was 17 and I’m 21 now lol. I was always athletic ren though I was chubby and always really fast runner, my pressing was weak initially but my legs have always been strong. The first day I ever deadlifted I got 300 without straps and I squatted 315
