Thanks man, I could of got a few more but my elbow was hurting today

adding to the 5150 calories i had earlier i then had

2lbs chicken wings, honey garlic
12oz beer
crepe with carmael chocolate and ice cream

then
1 cinamon frosted cinamon bun
honey crueler
large chocolate milk

then
1 cup chocolate milk
3 scoops whey for a total of 9120 calories lololol

Am i missing something? Where are the vids?

i think my stomach has finally stretched lol i usually have trouble getting 6000 and yesterday i could of kept eating after 9000 idk wtf is going with me but ill take it. I was not bloated at all last night either

It took forever for this to happen but now i can eat 1500 -2000 calories a sitting without feeling full its great, when i first started eating 6000 calories i would need to sleep after eating 2000 calories lol

breakfast today was

4 chocolate chip waffles
syrup
2 cups milk
1 cup orange juice

1700 calories

double fillet o fish - this actually really sucked
super sized fries
baked apple pie thing
large sprite
1600 calories

hitting up a buffet later today for the rest of those calories, deadlifting in a couple hours, should be a fun day

Eating is like working out. Just progressively add more. I can put down 4000cals of rice, potatoes and lean meat with no liquid calories in 2hrs and still be able to hit 1/2gal of ice cream and go to bed hungry.

re: chest flye machine, you posted about the bicep strain thing in my log too, I switched to a different machine with forearm pads and it’s adjustable for height and reach, on my lighter sets I set the stops back farther and get a stretch while I drop set, ofc no bicep strain whatsoever. the only shitty thing is that the stack looks really light (I think it tops out at 200 lb) so not a lot of room for progression there.

and as I eat my bird food on my non-training day, I’m totes jells of your 9000 cals. eating like a Saiyan…

@ bigmac yeah everything’s been going great, with a 355x8 my max estimate is well over 420!!

@ frov yeah I hate the machine I use last night an my gym has the machine your talking about I’ve used it a few times and it’s better
