I know that lately on this log or blog whatever ive said a few times how im going to diet and then next minute bulk, well after a long time im actually going to admit why the constant notion to cut is there and i hope people reading this can relate to it.

The real reason if you think about it or dont is really stupid but im sure it happens to a lot of people. See i would be going great on my train and then i would see a movie with some friends where there are shirtless scenes with a guy way smaller then me but who is somewhat cut up and everyone is like omg omg, and im a man ofcourse my natural primative instinct is to want that sort of attention. or what used to happen is id be doing my thing then someone i knew would talk about someone else they knew that was a lot leaner then me so obviously they knew more then me about working out blah blah, so i would get determined to be in better shape then this person in order to prove it to the person saying this.

The common theme here is none of those decisions were for myself, they were to prove something else to an other person. That really does not interest me anymore. If you actually think about it noone besides a couple people in all the people you know care about you or care about what you do, how much you lift or how much money you make. Those people that do really care about you do so because of YOU and again even THEY do not care about how much you lift how lean you are or whatever, because come onthere are way more important things in this world.

So really how important is it to try and look a certain way to please someone else? well thats a personal question with an individual answer but for me, i dont anymore, screw them i want to look how i want to look and they way i want to look will come with a lot of suffering to get there

why do my diets nowadays dont last long? because im stronger then i ever was and i dont want to lose that for anything. I love lifting weights that would crush most other people, i love getting the looks at the gym at the end of a heavy set of bench, i love lifting more every week and seeing firsthand that i am better, i am stronger then last time. This is why i do this. When i diet im thinking about how tired i am but when im not im thinking about how much i hate that f*cking weight. I cant get out that anger, thats stored in me from the rest of the day before the session.

Im not knocking any other mind set believe me, to each his own, but im tired of going to bed at night and knowing there are other people on this planet stronger then me, and its time to end that.

I guess it really hit me when i was at the movie with my girlfriend seeing a movie she wanted to see and there was the standard skinny douche shirtless scene and i was like ugh and she said, what are you sighing about im pretty sure you could tear him in half… literally lol i love her

the people that are on me to share the same mindset as them, screw you, you look like you do because your not willing to do what i am willing to do, your not willing to suffer, your weak, im not saying im better then anyone because im not but im sick of letting words make me feel inadequate, im done with it this is my life

its time to kill some buffets im setting my sights on 260 again

Yesterday I ate 6700 calories and today so far had

5 eggs with cheese cooked in butter
6 slices bacon cooked in butter
2 cups orange juice
2 chocolate chip waffles with syrup

2100 calories

Oh and a 360 calorie whey shake

double quater pounder with cheese burger
large fry
large drink
baked apple pie thing

1880 calories

up to 4500 and its only 1:30 lol

I say you shoot for 10k. And screw just filiming a couple sets do the whole workout. Start making your own wokrout vids.

i might hit near 10k today lol, im going to dinner with my fiance`s relatives so hopefully they make a lot of food/have a lot of snacks, and ill probably hit drive through on the way home and might choke down 3-6 doughnuts and a couple cups of chocolate milk.

I would film whole workouts if my buddy would be down to film me, ill ask him

If that’s what you want then go for it brother! I’m pretty sure my need to be a certain level of leanness is making my strength goals harder then they should be, but with my long term goal in mind and my current situation, I’m doing this the way that will keep me happiest! Which is what it’s all about… killing it but enjoying it… however that may be.
