Amazing session the only guy stronger then me at my gym came up to me today and said I should do meets so I think I might, this guy did 620x3 low box squat and apparently might be going for like an equipped 900 something or 1000 soon lol cool guy for sure

Love how long the diet lasted. Thats about how long i like mine. Except its just because i have no size.

Thanks Ryan, having most of my calories in the later part of the day ha made it a lot easier to get everything in along with doughnuts because they’re just high calorie and sugar it makes me able to eat a lot more, come on you always got room for a doughnut lol!

I had the same two meals today as yesterday oats an stuff in the morning and mutant mass at lunch, I like this because it doesn’t tire me out and I can move fast and work well all day

Then after training I went with my buddy to a buffet, had a 2800 calorie feast there, then had a bagel with cream cheese and a large chocolate milk just on my way home from seeing my fiance

So altogether I ate just a touch over 6000 and it was easy

This is just crazy.

Every time i check this log you’ve smashed another pr and gained 20lbs on some lift. Its madness, you are definitely built for this shit.

Thanks man, im really focused now it took me a while to figure out what I actually wanted but now that I know it’s coming together

Damn i jsut did my deadlift workout and hit 395 for singles for 10min. I was happy with that then i see you being angry about 500. Damn. Last leg workout i went into evan’s log and he was complaining about front squats being weak and he was 60lbs over my PRs. Dman you guys

every time I feel really big and badass, I like to come in here and spar’s log for some humble pie. then I realize how tiny I am /sob

it’s nice to have some perspective on what’s REALLY a big lift though.

lol yeah it is, there are more things that take precedence for sure. I work a lot right now, and I like it, im working the job i went to school for which is 40 hours a week plus on top of that i work for my cousin who markets for playstation so i have stores to see on the weekend, usually i put in 60 work weeks total and i dont mind it as long as i can relax at night:P Doing this is nessecary though since i plan to retire by 32

Physio therapist assistant at long term care and also am sub contracted by splash marketing, lots of the stuff I do for them is stuff for play station and it’s pretty fun, good pay too. But I’m going into different endeavors as far as buying real estate next year which will eventually be how I plan to retire so early
