thanks man! I hope i do, itl be interesting to see how much of a difference 15lbs less of fat will make, ive never really been lean, only around 10-11% but i had a lot less muscle, like 40lbs less lol

shes extremely supportive of me but hates going to the gym herself, she likes and will do stuff religiously at home though. Shes a lot better then me at sticking to things as well so shes actually a really good dieting partner to have because id feel pretty loser ish if i gave up because she wouldnt lol.
maybe your girl is like mine and just doesnt like people really looking at her when shes doing stuff like squats and also doesnt want every douche bag in the gym coming up to her and giving her useless pointers, and pretty much just talking to her in general:P

yea I think it’s something to that effect. she has a set of db’s at home though and I’ve offered to train with her many times, but she’s never taken me up on it. it’s weird because she was varsity bball captain for 3 years but ever since she broke her arm going into senior year it’s like she quit any notion of working out.
oh well. hopefully when I diet down and look more Ryan Reynolds than Nolan Ryan she’ll want to try harder to keep up with me.
