Addicted to food and working out and it looks like you got the bug as well. lol I think your diet is the only one i really like following puts a smile on my face to see the cals you put down.

Haha thanks man that means a lot, I really should be fat with what I eat but I’m pretty active all day now and I train for long periods of time so even if the cals are not the best they usually go to the right places

After that meal last night I had 2 doughnuts a peach drink an a huge glass of apple juice which put me at 5800 calories which I good enough!

For breakfast today I had 3 servings fruit loops 1 slice toast with pb an j, 4 cups of whole millk

I have been fairly active during the day and most of my gym sessions end up being 1.5-2hrs and not a lot of long rests. So eating 4000cal just maintain or slowly gain is what is needed. Course i do most of it from oatmeal, rice, potatoes, and lean meats. But thats just what i prefer. Most other food doesnt agree to well with me. ALthough i do sneak in ice cream and other assorted goodies i just cant do it in large quantities.

Yeah for me the traditional good foods don’t really agree with me I feel like crap and am bloated for hours lol. The main clean foods I use are egg whites beef and oatmeal the rest is whatever. I made a supplement order though this week and orderd a ton of protein powder so I’ll be having some high calore high protein shakes when those come in

I’ve also been trying to eat doughnuts everyday they actually react well with my body of that’s even believable lol. I’ll throw up a pic late tonight or tomorrow

Dougnuts should be a staple in everyones diet lol.

Thats what i need to hit some more PRs and then i might be able to at least bench what you military press. FML

yeah high volume is the bomb, im gonna go high frequency on bis though and see if that works, doing them 1x every 3 days

got engaged last night! my girlfriend, well i guess fiance now wants to have someone to diet with now so im gonna do it with her, were going to run the diet solution starting tomorrow. Im really glad i was getting sick of eating so much!

heres a pic at 235 i dont think this will be a long cut. I have 199lbs of lean mass which i found out at the fitness consultation earlier this week so im looking at 15lbs gone to be at 10%, wont be a problem with the way my body is and the lack of carbs

shes extremely supportive of me but hates going to the gym herself, she likes and will do stuff religiously at home though. Shes a lot better then me at sticking to things as well so shes actually a really good dieting partner to have because id feel pretty loser ish if i gave up because she wouldnt lol.

maybe your girl is like mine and just doesnt like people really looking at her when shes doing stuff like squats and also doesnt want every douche bag in the gym coming up to her and giving her useless pointers, and pretty much just talking to her in general:P

thanks manim going to be going at it pretty hard. im not gonna add in cardio because of my job, im walking fast 6 hours out of the 8 hour shift so itl be plenty lol. Ive got a ton of xtend in my cuppboard so ill be sipping on that all day. the diet solution is low carb and only carbs after your workout or if your not training in the morning, im going to go with monster amino for that because its EAAs and waxy maize.

the majority of my meals will be shakes besides the greek yogurtt/cottage cheese at breakfast because i literally hate most food now but still love whey shakes haha
